The Petite Suisse Campground is located in the hilly surroundings of the Belgian Ardennes. While the rental accommodations are a bit outdated, it's still a great spot for the camping tourist. From the quiet terraces you can look out over the hills of the Ardennes, the perfect place for long walks and mountain bike rides. The Petite Suisse Campground is a real family campsite, with a full entertainment programme during the school holidays with music shows, forest games and sports tournaments.

Camping with a panoramic view

From the terraces on the green campsite you have a beautiful panoramic view. From the touring pitches, you can look out over the hills, which are covered by vast forests. The campsite is large, but because the touring pitches and fixed annual pitches are spread over the various terraces, you won't notice anything. You can camp in complete peace and quiet. The campsite is especially suitable for campers who have their own camping equipment.

Outdoor swimming pools

Behind the main building is the campsite's large swimming pool. This consists of three parts. The largest pool, with a slide in the middle, is for the slightly older children. They should be able to stand here easily. Next to it there is a deeper swimming pool and a shallow toddlers' pool, where the little ones can splash and ride the rainbow slide.

Child-friendly restaurant

There is a cosy restaurant in the main building. Here you can dine extensively, but you can also sit at the bar for a Belgian speciality beer. If you prefer to sit outside, the terrace (which overlooks the swimming pool and the surrounding area) is a nice place. Fresh bread is available every morning in the camp shop, and you can get a fair amount of food there.

Liked - Prima tent, mooie omgeving en prima ontvangst en behandeling van personeel.
Disliked - Sanitair gedeelte bij safari tenten herstellen of uitbreiden

Liked - Het bestellen via een computer scherm van je eten vond ik een goede oplossing om een taalbarierre op te lossen . Bestellen ging hierdoor ook vrij snel.
Mn dochter had snel aan sluiten bij de vele nederlandse kinderen.
Disliked - Het enige wat jammer is is dat de douches, wc's en washokjes in 1 ruimte zitten. Dit geeft soms minder fijne geuren tijdens het douchen

Liked - We kregen een goede plek, rekening houdend met onze wensen. Toiletgebouw was dichtbij en keurig.
Disliked - Opnieuw was het restaurant gesloten. Dat was tevoren niet duidelijk vermeld. Bij zo'n park hoort een hoede bar/restaurant.

14 dagen vakantie, \'s avonds geen of weinig warm water bij de douches. Veel kapot sanitair en verlichting. Kinderbad en douche heeft geen warm water. In 14 dagen is na meldingen niets beter geworden. Kinder entertainment is goed! Prima speeltuin, geen gebruik van zwembad gemaakt vanwege slecht weer.

Zijn hier goed ontvangen en verder geholpen, leuke vakantie gehad met de Kids.
De kinderen hebben zich hier zeker vermaakt.
Komen nog vaker terug naar petit suisse.
