Wij verbleven in 2022 geregeld voor enkele dagen met de camper op deze camping. Altijd vriendelijk onthaald en geholpen door uitbater Raymond. Leuke plek, rustige camping vooral buiten het seizoen. 's zomers is de zwemvijver een mooie extra, inbegrepen in de prijs. Wij komen zeker terug! Wij huurden er ook eens een stacaravan, deze was ruim en voorzien van alle nodige spullen en comfort.

Met Google Maps zijn we naar de camping gereden, maar kwamen uit in een doodlopende straat. De toegangsweg naar de camping was aan weerskanten van de weg afgezet met grote betonblokken, kennelijk met de bedoeling om hardrijders te ontmoedigen. Dat is prima.Bij de ingang van de camping aangekomen, stond een aanhangwagen die volgeladen was met oud ijzer. Als eerste indruk komt dit vreemd over. Het veldje waar de toercaravans geplaatst werden was afgelegen en tussen oude stacaravans en huisjes. Deze algemene indrukken maakten dat wij niet enthousiast waren, en voor ons reden om de caravan te keren en op zoek te gaan naar een andere camping. De waardering stond op \" niet van toepassing\", ingevuld maar het is verplicht om minimaal 5 categorieën in te vullen

Mooie plaatsen,verhard en gras, ruim voor campers. Fietsennetwerk vertrekt vanaf de camping,prachtige omgeving. Winkels en de bakker in de buurt.Vriendelijke uitbater, behulpzaam. Hier en daar een blaffende hond van vaste bewoners. Pluspunt is de rustige omgeving. Ik raad deze camping aan voor rustzoekers in het naseizoen.

Camping met voornamelijk stacaravans en zo te horen zou het trekkersveld ook nog sneuvelen voor nog meer stacaravans.
Jammer dat je algemene beleving niet kan quoteren. Sanitair was prima! Personeel ook! het ging er zeer kindvriendelijk aan toe, het zwembad en de zwemvijver waren top! Maar...
Kan er iemand aan de stacaravans-eigenaars uitleggen dat ze hun chiwawa moeten stilhouden gedurende de nacht? Elke nacht opnieuw een tiental honden die tegen elkaar op aan het keffen waren. Onwaarschijnlijk dat hier niets aan gedaan wordt!

Het is echt een camping met veel potentieel, maar het beleid gaat te laks om met de vaste bewoners.

Onze kennismaking bij de receptie verliep professioneel en vriendelijk. Er waren helaas geen plaatsen met schaduw. Er zijn grote kale velden, voornamelijk gevuld met stacaravans.We voelden ons met de toercaravan als een vreemde eend in de bijt. Het eenvoudige zwembad en het cafetaria passen naar ons idee goed bij de camping. Eenvoudig, maar schoon sanitair. Tijdens ons verblijf was het helaas niet zo rustig. Verbouwingen, radio\'s, groepen joelende \'jeugd\' en geblaf.

Camperplaats ok, zwembad ok, sanitair ok maar ...
Ik ga wel heel transparant zijn : hier zit een zeer grote groep zigeuners blijkbaar maar hun kinderen zijn totaal niet opgevoed. Waterverspilling, geluidsoverlast, ze laten hun vuil overal achter, de venten zitten in het zwembad alle vrouwen te begapen ... en ondertss laten ze hun vuil achter zoals lege blikjes, etenresten enz.
