The basic and rurally located Campsite Puchner lies on the Danube, in the town of Feldkirchen. The immediate surroundings are green and flat. Many cyclists visit the Upper Austria region and like to follow the beautiful routes along the well-known river. Adjacent to the campsite you will find a golf course and also the four so-called Badeseen, four lakes which are ideal for swimming.

Your pitch

The thirty touring pitches are spacious, although they vary in size. You camp here on a beautiful grass surface. The facilities are basic, but fine. There is no rental accommodation available for tourists. The permanent pitches are fully booked, mainly by Dutch and German guests.

Golfing or swimming?

Adjacent to the campsite, on the Danube cycle route, are the four so-called Badeseen. They are only a short walk away (100 m). There are beaches, beach showers and sunbathing lawns. The four lakes are small and have different features each. Please note that local residents also like to visit the lakes, especially on weekends. Do not feel like swimming? There is a beautiful golf course next to the campsite.

Romantic river

Camping along the Danube ... that almost certainly means hiking or cycling too. The Danube is a beautiful, romantic river with a rich history. Also visit Linz, with its many shops, restaurants and terraces. And, of course, the golf course (Golfclub Donau Freizeitland Linz), which is directly adjacent to the campsite, beckons.

Travelling party: Couple

Ein sehr kleiner und freundlicher Campingplatz. Die Stellplätze sind nicht sehr groß. Man rückt eng zusammen wenn alle Plätze besetzt sind. Da fühlen wir uns nicht wohl. Zum Glück waren nicht alle Plätze , unter anderem der zweite bei uns, besetzt. Die Sanitäranlagen sind in Ordnung, es gibt heißes Wasser, was in Österreich normal ist. Jedoch sind die Duschen zu klein, zu beengend. Die geographische Lage des Campingplatzes ist sehr gut. Badeseen und Golfplatz direkt daneben.

Sehr schöner Campingplatz. Freundliche Besitzer. Super Fahrradwege entlang der Donau und nicht weit nach Linz. Hervorragende Badeseen mit einer super Wasserqualität. Den Mostheurigen am Platz muss man besuchen.
