Donau Camping Emmersdorf lies right on the Donau, with a beautiful view of the imposing Melk Abbey. Here you stay in a beautiful natural area across from the town of Melk in the Lower Austria region. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts can live it up here because of the many beautiful routes. If you love culture and history, a visit to the abbey is a must, and there are more monasteries and fortresses to be found in the vicinity. A trip to Austria’s capital city, Vienna, is also recommended.

Spacious camping pitches
The campsite is run by an enthusiastic young couple. There are 47 pitches for caravans and motorhomes, 20 tent pitches, or you can rent one of the five cosy wine casks. The pitches are not demarcated. Almost all pitches give a beautiful view of the Donau river. You benefit from a fast wifi connection, and your faithful four-footed friend is also welcome at the campsite.
Fresh rolls for breakfast
Donau Camping Emmersdorf is an ideal spot for people who want to enjoy nature and cultural excursions. There is no entertainment programme or swimming pool but there are fun activities to do around the Donau. There is the Donau cycle path, close to the campsite. You can also go on a boat trip or go fishing. The campsite facilitates a bread service, so you can enjoy delicious fresh rolls for breakfast. There is a small playground for the little one at the entrance.
